New KIXA Self-Defence Class – Mondays

Kixa self defence course posterFor those who wish to learn how to defend themselves there is a new self-defence class in village. Classes are held on Monday evenings from 7.15pm to 9.15pm at the Parish Hall.

KIXA Self-defence focuses on developing physical fitness, self defence and central power training.

Fitness builds stamina, flexibility, agility, strength, co-ordination and balance.

Self-defence teaches you awareness, confidence and sharpens reflexes.

Central power training teaches breathing techniques, inner strength.

Open to men and woman aged from 12 years to 60 years.
