It is held at the Bell Centre on Bell Street and classes are £5 each. It is run by the Duldzin Dragpa Centre, which is a centre of meditation and Buddhism.
What are the classes for?
The classes help you cope with common daily emotional problems such as anger, attachment, jealousy and ignorance.
“You can maintain a peaceful mind all the time so that you will be happy all the time. You can maintain harmony and good relationships with your family, friends and others so that you can make others happy too. Especially you can make your human life very meaningful.”
The Bell Centre only has three parking spaces more parking is available at the Vineyards.
These courses are based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book, Eight Steps to Happiness.
