The Great Baddow Millennium Community Centre provides a social hub for the village. They have a members bar, several activity rooms and snooker room.

Party rooms
There are two party rooms for hire are the Millennium Suite, which can cater for 150 people seated, or 200 standing; and the Park View, which can hold 45 seated or 60 standing. Park Suite is popular with children parties, it has a small kitchen and children’s toilet.
Meeting rooms
The venue also has meeting rooms, ideal for small businesses to meet in a professional surround. The Tower Room can hold 20 people and has a toilet and kitchen; the Green Room, which is part of the bar but can be closed off.
Many social groups meet on a regular basis.
