What are “ingoing costs”?
Ingoing costs include anything that you need to buy or pay for to take on the business, such as fixtures and fittings, furniture, drinks stock, advance rent, working capital, solicitor’s fees, insurance.
If you sell the business you will sell on the stock, furniture etc. as ingoing costs to the buyer.
